When I first started with our family company, I was working hard at sales. I put a lot of miles on the road and talked to many companies to buy our products. I worked for 6 years building a large client base and really enjoyed getting to know my customers.

In July of 2017 I quit selling for our company and transitioned to Purchasing and started working with our vendors. Over the past 6 years, I have developed quality and meaningful relationships with the people who represent those companies. Not only do I handle all purchases for our company but I fill the role of Operations Manager and take all the orders from our customer base. I also handle all of our importing containers of products from other countries.  

From an early age of 10 years old, I started working on my Grandparent's farm in Idaho. My Grandfather was "old school" and knew how to work which he passed on to me by demand. Here is a list of jobs I had growing up into adulthood: Farm boy, cow milker (not by hand), processing plant zombie, flour bag packer/stacker, furniture delivery, hay hauler (damn tough job!), National Guard, leadman then foreman in wood window plant, lumberjack, cat driver (not a cat herder…), handyman, construction worker, salesman, roofer, grocery store manager, Frito Lay route manager, realtor, data entry, wood shop worker, teachers aid, commercial construction worker, and semi-driver. I’m sure I missed a couple in there somewhere.......
